Design and construction supervision for the IPURUA 2 aquatic facilities

Summary

The Municipality of Eibar is procuring the design and activity project, execution project, and construction supervision services for the new IPURUA 2 aquatic facilities. The project provides for a competition pool and a multifunctional pool, spectator stands for 150–200 people, changing rooms and accessible sanitary facilities, along with associated circulation and building systems. The estimated service contract value is €661,150 excluding VAT (€799,991.50 including VAT); the works are estimated at €15 million including VAT. The project includes demolition of the convent but excludes the four rooftop padel courts.
