Technical quality-control support for construction of the Les Cinc Sènies school in Mataró

Summary

Infraestructures.cat is procuring technical quality-control services for construction of the Les Cinc Sènies secondary school in Mataró, on behalf of the Government of Catalonia. The contract covers sampling, laboratory testing, inspections and service tests of construction materials, building systems and installations across the works, including testing related to the site, structure, façades, roofs, finishes and building services. The school is designed for four lines of compulsory secondary education and three lines of baccalaureate, with capacity for 690 students; the project includes about 4,703.52 m² of built area and 4,593.55 m² of landscaped courtyard area. The single, non-divided contract is planned for 24 months and has an estimated value of EUR 86,185.97 excluding VAT.
