Can Branques restoration design and supervision services

Summary

The Municipality of Campdevànol is procuring services to prepare the works project for the restoration of the Can Branques house-tower at 14–16 Pau Casals Avenue and to provide site supervision and health-and-safety coordination during the works. The project will adapt the 1924 heritage building and its garden for use as a multipurpose cultural centre focused on education and outreach related to the metal industry. The contract is not divided into lots and has a maximum budget of €72,600 including VAT; the indicative duration is 12 non-consecutive months.
