International Public Tender for the Acquisition of Specialized Training-Action and Business Consulting Services under the COMPETE2030-FSE+-03519800 Operation

Summary

This international tender is divided into two lots (Lot 1 for identified SMEs and Lot 2 for SMEs to be identified). The contract covers specialized Training-Action and Business Consulting services, including organizational diagnostics, development and implementation of Action Plans, training, on-site consulting, and monitoring and reporting of results for SMEs participating in the COMPETE 2030 operation. DGERT certification in CNAEF 341/345 (Innovation) and/or 481/482 (Digitalization and Digital Transition) is required. The team must include a Technical Coordinator, up to three Consultants, and up to three Trainers; CCP certification where required; CV summaries (Annex IX) and proof of qualifications must be provided. Subcontracting up to 30% is allowed, subject to CNAEF coverage by subcontractors. The unit prices are fixed; the total base price is EUR 183,625 (excl. VAT): Lot 1 EUR 91,000 and Lot 2 EUR 92,625. The execution period lasts for the duration of the operation as defined in the tender documents. Evaluation is based on quality (Factor A 40% and Factor B 60%), not price.
