Concession to operate the kiosk and café-bar at Fuente Somera Park

Summary

Yeste Municipality is granting a four-year, non-renewable concession to use and operate the kiosk and café-bar in Fuente Somera Park, together with the adjoining restroom and storage building and the designated terrace area. The café-bar is intended to serve drinks, coffee, pastries, tapas, sandwiches and simple meals to park visitors. The concession has a minimum annual fee of €1,450; the café-bar may operate only after the required municipal activity and opening licence and other authorisations have been obtained.
