Summary

The Maresme Health Consortium is procuring specialist advisory, methodological support and hands-on assistance for its Process Improvement Unit to develop and implement continuous-improvement and transformation projects across clinical and non-clinical processes. The service covers process analysis, the design and implementation of improvement measures, outcome monitoring and knowledge transfer. The single, undivided service is estimated at 1,320 hours per year: 440 hours from a senior consultant and 880 hours from a support consultant.
