Summary

The Catalan Audiovisual Media Corporation is procuring pre-litigation legal advice, representation and defence in complex civil, criminal, administrative and contentious-administrative matters for itself, its public entity and the La Marató de 3Cat Foundation. The framework agreement is intended for up to three providers, where possible, has no lots, and will be used as needed when the entities’ in-house legal services cannot handle a matter. The scope includes disputes and proceedings concerning audiovisual content, intellectual property, contracts, public procurement, and institutional and corporate activities. The estimated value is €700,000 excluding VAT, for an initial two-year term with possible annual extensions of up to four years.
