Organisation of the FIPORC gastronomic fair

Summary

Riudellots de la Selva Town Council is procuring the comprehensive organisation and delivery of the 14th FIPORC gastronomic fair on 20–21 February 2027. The undivided contract covers event logistics and organisation; the installation and removal of tents, wooden stalls and displays, furniture and toilets; the production of printed materials and signs; and the supply of food and consumables for the event. It also covers activities and services such as children’s workshops, pony rides, entertainment, security, ambulance provision, cleaning and sound equipment. The estimated contract value is €87,941 excluding VAT.
