Xarxa Audiovisual Local (XAL) is procuring an upgrade to its Pebble Beach broadcast continuity system and two years of maintenance. The supply includes two processing cards for real-time, bidirectional conversion between progressive and interlaced video formats, together with installation, integration, testing and commissioning. Maintenance covers the existing Pebble Beach applications, the new cards and specified hardware; the contract is not divided into lots.
