Summary

The tender covers the supply of two digital printing machines for the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University Press in Iași: a monochrome machine in lot 1 and a colour machine in lot 2. Each machine must be delivered within 45 days of contract signature and no later than 18 December 2026. The contract runs for 75 days in total, including a 30-day payment period. The estimated total value is RON 500,000. Bidders may tender for up to two lots, and up to two lots may be awarded to one bidder. The offer must meet the technical minimums: at least 110 prints per minute for the monochrome machine and 80 for the colour machine; at least 8 GB of installed RAM, 500 GB of storage and a 12-month warranty. Scoring takes account of price (40 points), speed (10), RAM (5), storage (5), a free take-back and reuse or recycling solution for used equipment (10), and warranty (30). Tenders must be submitted electronically through SEAP. The offer must include a completed ESPD and, as applicable, evidence of business registration and agreements involving joint bidders, subcontractors or supporting third parties. No tender guarantee is required.
