Organisation and delivery of the Berbalagun programme 2027–2028

Summary

Barakaldo City Council is procuring the organisation and delivery of the Berbalagun programme in Barakaldo for 2027–2028, aimed at encouraging people aged over 16 to use Basque in everyday life. The service includes conversation groups and complementary cultural and leisure activities; the estimated annual scale is around 200 participants, 20 groups and 10 complementary activities, with at least 170 working days and 425 hours per year. The contract lasts two years and may be extended by up to one year.
