Service concession to operate La Jarosa campsite, municipal hostel and zip-line park

The Municipality of El Pedroso is granting a service concession to operate Camping La Jarosa, the municipal hostel and the adventure park with family high-ropes and zip-line courses. The 10.2-hectare campsite has 180 places for school groups and 80 individual accommodation places; the hostel has 18 places. The concession lasts 16 years, while operation of the zip-line facilities is initially limited to three years, subject to renewal of the public-domain authorisation. The concessionaire must also carry out works to renovate the pool, build a wastewater-treatment basin and a metal pergola, and install a decorative perimeter fence.
