Summary

The tender is for catering services at Brzezie Primary School in 2027. The contractor will prepare the food, deliver it to the school and serve it to the children. The service covers full-day meals for 62 preschool children aged 3–6: breakfast, fruit before lunch, lunch comprising soup, a main course and a drink, and an afternoon snack. It also covers lunches consisting of soup and a main course for 115 pupils in grades I–VIII. The team must include a chef who graduated from a catering school or has at least three years’ experience as a chef, and a dietitian with the required education or equivalent qualifications. Bids are evaluated on price (40%), meal transport time (30%) and key personnel experience (30%).
