PalmaActiva is procuring teaching services for seven lots of transversal-skills training, with an estimated total of 471 teaching hours in 2027. The lots cover emotional intelligence and self-awareness (83 hours); professional communication and assertiveness (41); leadership, teamwork and collaboration (130); conflict resolution and negotiation (63); personal productivity and entrepreneurial initiative (62); LEGO Serious Play (20); and future work skills and artificial intelligence (72). The services include course planning and teaching materials, delivery of the training, learner assessment and course close-out; training may be delivered in person, in a blended format or online.
