Information technology training for students in Szczecin
Summary
The procurement covers two information technology courses for students in Szczecin. Part 1 is a 3D printing course for 45 students in three groups of 15; Part 2 is a 3D graphics and hologram-creation course for 15 students. Part 1 comprises 8 training hours per group, 24 hours in total; each training hour is 45 minutes. The course must cover 3D printing technologies, printer construction and operation, obtaining and preparing models, choosing a suitable printing method and settings, preparing the printer, monitoring printing and completing the process. Each participant will complete an individual project, creating a design and printing it in 3D. Training is generally to take place in person at the school, Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00; the school provides the room, computers, 3D printer and filament free of charge. Part 1 groups I and II are scheduled between 11 and 28 January 2027, and group III between 24 January and 12 February 2027. The contract template for Part 2 sets a delivery period from 7 January to 30 April 2027; the exact programme and other details must be checked in the tender documents for that part. Bidders must submit prices per participant and in total for each part bid for, together with the required declarations. The offer form asks bidders to select a contractual penalty rate of 0.1%, 0.2% or 0.3% for each part and state whether they will involve a person facing particular difficulties in the labour market. For Part 1, at least one trainer must meet the requirements specified in the tender documents. If minors attend, the contractor must carry out and certify the required background checks for everyone who will have contact with them. The bidder must comply with the relevant part’s requirements for the programme, schedule, training materials, assessment, certificates and documentation.
