Radon gas measurement and monitoring in Ávila municipal buildings

Summary

Ávila City Council is procuring a two-year service to plan, install and remove radon detectors, analyse samples and provide periodic diagnosis and monitoring of radon levels in municipal buildings. The contractor will carry out one annual campaign using at least 100 long-term detectors, focusing on occupied ground-floor and basement spaces across 45 municipal facilities; detectors are exposed for three consecutive months. Each campaign must result in building-level diagnostic reports and, where readings exceed 300 Bq/m³, a technical plan proposing corrective measures. The contract is not divided into lots.
