Llucmajor City Council is procuring the renewal of its council chamber in two lots: 20 floor-fixed, foldable individual lectern desks with electrical provision for the desks and five additional workstations, and a four-year recording and video-minutes system for plenary meetings and other sessions. The second lot includes microphones and cameras, voting and speaking-time controls, and a web platform for live streaming and later viewing, together with installation, configuration, commissioning, training, support and maintenance. The estimated values excluding VAT are €16,739.27 for Lot 1 and €130,054.96 for Lot 2, totalling €146,794.23.
