Supply of equipment needed for new uses of the Chotyłów ZPO building

Summary

The procurement covers furniture and other fittings, electronic equipment and software, and kitchen-area equipment and utensils for adapting the former school building of the ZPO in Chotyłów, Piszczac municipality, for new uses. It is divided into three lots: furniture and other fittings; electronics and software; and kitchen-area fittings and equipment. The work includes delivery, carrying items into the building, installation and, where relevant, connection, commissioning, configuration, testing, and user instruction. All goods must be new, unused, complete, and ready for use. The completion period is up to 30 days from contract signing; where no warranty period is specified in the technical description, the manufacturer’s warranty must be at least 12 months. Bids may cover one, several, or all lots. The award criteria are price (95%) and a social criterion (5%). A commitment to employ or assign at least one person from the specified target groups for at least 0.25 full-time equivalent throughout contract performance earns 5 points for the social criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 October 2026 at 09:00.
