Supply of additional equipment and teaching aids under the “Little Linguist Academy – Dobczyce” project

Summary

This procurement covers the supply of teaching aids and computer and electronic equipment, in two lots, for the preschool classes at the Kornatka and Brzączowice primary schools in Dobczyce municipality, under the “Little Linguist Academy – Dobczyce” project. A bid may cover either or both lots. Lot 1: teaching aids and office supplies. For each school, the supply includes copier paper, board markers, coloured card, A3 and A4 laminating pouches, and an A3 laminator, as well as a mobile magnetic dry-erase flipchart with paper and accessories. It also includes an English-learning programme for children aged 3–6 (more than 700 interactive screens, printable worksheets and a teaching guide), English audio books and English educational posters. The combined quantities for both schools are 120 packs of copier paper, 105 board markers, 17 sets of coloured card, 12 packs of A3 and 24 packs of A4 laminating pouches, 2 laminators, 4 flipcharts, 8 packs of flipchart paper, 2 learning programmes, 30 audio books and 7 poster sets. Lot 2: a total of 6 interactive monitors of at least 65 inches with wall mounts, 4 Bluetooth speakers, 4 portable radio audio players, 4 portable speakers with microphones and 6 laptops of at least 17.3 inches. The monitors must provide at least 20 touch points, a built-in operating system, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and at least two 10 W speakers. Each laptop must achieve a PassMark CPU score of at least 15,900 and have at least 10 cores, 12 threads, 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD, a Full HD display, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, a numeric keypad, and Windows 11 Pro with Active Directory support or an equivalent system. Detailed technical requirements for the other equipment and mounts are set out in the tender documents; equivalent products must meet at least the specified parameters. Delivery is due within 14 days after contract signature, and delivery dates must be agreed with the contracting authority in advance. For Lot 2, the monitors must be installed, connected and started up. The price must include all costs of performance. Award criteria are gross price (60%) and the warranty and seller’s liability period for defects (40%): 12 months is the minimum, 24 months earns 20 points and 36 months or more earns 40 points. To participate, a bidder must submit a compliant bid for the selected lot or lots, properly signed and accompanied by the required forms and declarations.
