Household municipal solid waste collection service

Summary

The Municipality of Sant Mateu is establishing a single-supplier framework agreement for household and municipal solid-waste collection and transport in Sant Mateu, Les Coves de Vinroma, Santa Magdalena de Pulpis, La Salsadella and Rosell. The service includes collecting residual waste, packaging, paper and cardboard, and organic waste; supplying, installing, maintaining and cleaning containers; transporting waste to authorised treatment or recycling facilities; and public-awareness campaigns. The procurement is not divided into lots. The framework agreement is set for four years, while the resulting service contracts are planned for eight years, with up to two one-year extensions; the estimated maximum framework value is approximately EUR 3.15 million excluding VAT.
