Aguas de Valencia, S.A. is procuring postal delivery services for correspondence generated by the contracting entities, including bills, notices and other customer communications. The four lots cover ordinary domestic mail for residential customers (about 1,646,545 items annually), certified domestic mail (51,491 items without and 1,437 with acknowledgement of receipt annually), other postal services—including international mail, destination-paid mail and post-office boxes—and ordinary mail for customers without a registered domicile (about 153,455 items annually). The initial contract term is three years, with options to extend it for up to two additional years; the initial estimated budget is €3,043,039.11 excluding VAT.
