Correspondence delivery service

Summary

Aguas de Valencia and the participating entities are procuring correspondence collection, processing, transport, delivery and returns under four lots: ordinary domestic mail for domiciled customers; certified domestic mail; other postal services, including destination-paid postage, post-office boxes and international mail; and ordinary domestic mail for customers without a registered domicile. Estimated annual volumes include 1,646,545 ordinary letters in Lot 1, 153,455 in Lot 4, 52,928 certified domestic letters, 25,000 destination-paid items, 10 post-office boxes and 100 items in each of three international-mail categories. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year extensions; the initial three-year budget is EUR 3,043,039.11 excluding VAT.
