Summary

Aguas de Valencia and the participating entities are procuring postal collection, processing, transport, delivery and return services for their correspondence under four lots: ordinary domestic mail for domiciled customers, registered domestic mail, other postal services, and ordinary domestic mail for non-domiciled customers. Estimated annual volumes include 1,646,545 ordinary letters in Lot 1, 153,455 in Lot 4, 51,491 registered letters without acknowledgement of receipt and 1,437 with it; Lot 3 covers administrative notices, destination-paid postage, post-office boxes and international mail. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year extensions, and the total estimated budget for the initial term is €3,043,039.11 excluding VAT.
