EDR/XDR security solution deployment and MDR service

Summary

The Ens d’Abastament d’Aigua Ter-Llobregat (ATL) is procuring a single integrated 24-month contract to replace and deploy an endpoint detection and response (EDR) and extended detection and response (XDR) security solution, together with managed detection and response (MDR) services. The contract includes software, licences and subscriptions, installation and configuration, integration with ATL’s systems, and managed operation, maintenance and 24/7 support. Deployment is planned for up to two months, followed by 22 months of operation and maintenance; the service estimate includes 500 hours over two years. The procurement is not divided into lots.
