Maintenance of courtyard trees and indoor and outdoor vegetation

Summary

The Department of the Presidency of Catalonia is procuring scheduled and on-demand maintenance of courtyard trees and indoor and outdoor plants at five buildings in Barcelona. The service covers 114 planting elements across an estimated 48.47 m², including 24 orange trees, planters, raised beds and hydroplanters. Scheduled care includes watering, cleaning, weeding, fertilising, trimming and, when needed, plant-health treatments; on-demand work may include supplying plants or substrate and planting orange trees. The contract is not divided into lots and runs in 2027, with possible annual extensions through 2029.
