Building pathology studies and technical testing at municipal facilities

Summary

The Municipality of Benalmádena is procuring specialist inspections, studies, technical tests and individual reports on structural defects, damp and building services at six municipal properties: Mezquita Square, Olé Square, Hotel Alay, the Ice Club, the Civil Protection facility and the Anica Torres senior citizens’ centre. The work includes identifying the causes of defects and recommending remedies, including relevant structural, waterproofing and building-services measures. The contract is not divided into lots and has a budget of €45,454.54 excluding VAT (€54,999.99 including VAT).
