Summary

The contract covers outpatient healthcare in Dos Hermanas and the surrounding area within a 20 km radius, for workers protected by MC MUTUAL. Services include initial and follow-up medical care, emergency care around the clock, nursing, ophthalmology and orthopaedic surgery and traumatology consultations, physiotherapy, wound care and injections, and diagnostic tests. Diagnostic tests are specified for emergencies only. The provider must supply an appropriately authorised healthcare centre, the required medical staff, facilities and equipment. Emergency care must be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year; patients must be seen on the day requested, with a maximum wait of 30 minutes. Routine visits must be scheduled within 12 working hours and take place within four working days after scheduling. Diagnostic tests must be scheduled within 12 working hours, performed within five working days, and their reports and images in DICOM format delivered within 48 working hours. The initial contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions. The maximum offer for the initial period is €42,315; the estimated total contract value is €93,093. The winning offer will be selected using multiple award criteria, including price and objective technical enhancements.
