Supply of Trophies for Dos Hermanas Municipal Events

Summary

Dos Hermanas City Council is procuring trophies in three separate lots for sports, education, community and equality events: Dos Hermanas-themed trophies, indoor football trophies and co-education plaques. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, but must submit a separate bid and unit prices for every item in each lot they bid for. The estimated contract value for two years is €17,528 excluding VAT and €21,208.88 including 21% VAT; the annual total including VAT is €10,604.44. The contract may be extended three times for one year each, up to a maximum of five years. Bids are evaluated on price (80 points) and automatic enhancements (20 points). Enhancement points depend on the number of distinct product proposals: one earns 0 points, two earn 6, three earn 12, and more than three earn 20; proposals must be supported by product images or a catalogue. The trophies must meet the technical and quality specifications and must be manufactured without substances classified as toxic, carcinogenic or environmentally hazardous. Packaging must be made from recycled material and/or be recyclable. Orders must normally be delivered within 20 days and at least five days before the event; urgent orders must be delivered within 10 calendar days. The bid must include technical product sheets and the required quality and compliance evidence. Physical samples are also required for Lot 1. Bidders must provide evidence of registration, or proof of a timely registration application, as well as evidence of turnover and previous supply experience.
