Structural repairs and façade works in Block D of the Miguel Hernández housing complex

Summary

The contract covers repair and structural reinforcement works in the buildings of Block D in the Miguel Hernández public housing complex in Alicante. The works include repairing damage to façades, roofs, cornices, balconies and other external elements, as well as partial repairs to cracked or deteriorated columns and beams inside the buildings. The intervention affects 156 dwellings and must be planned and carried out as one coordinated project, taking residents’ safety and daily lives into account. The works are scheduled to last 4 months. The tender budget is EUR 585,223.15 excluding VAT, or EUR 708,120.01 including 21% VAT; the contract is not divided into lots. The bidder must hold works-contractor classification in Group C (Buildings), Subgroup 4 (Masonry, rendering and cladding), Category 3. The bid must include a responsible declaration and a price offer, as well as two separate technical memoranda: one for façade and roof works and one for interior works. Quality accounts for up to 20% and price for 80% of the award score. Each memorandum must score at least 5 out of 10 points; each may be up to 20 pages, and appendices are not allowed. Documents must be submitted as electronically signed PDFs and comply with the formatting rules in the tender documents.
