Supply of Scientific Laboratory and Veterinary Radiology Equipment

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots, which may be bid for separately or together: (1) an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) for the municipal laboratory, and (2) a high-resolution digital veterinary X-ray system for the municipal animal protection centre. For either lot, the supplier must deliver, install, configure and commission the equipment and train the staff. Lot 1 also includes maintenance during the warranty period; preventive and corrective maintenance for both systems must include the necessary spare parts and labour. Delivery, installation and commissioning are due within five weeks of contract signature, and the minimum warranty for each lot is one year. The total budget is €140,000 including VAT: €100,000 for Lot 1 and €40,000 for Lot 2. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, prove that they are the manufacturer, an official distributor or an authorised service provider for the equipment brand, and submit a technical description and evidence of compliance with every technical minimum requirement. Bids must be submitted electronically.
