Production and management services for the Benicarló Christmas Fair

Summary

The tender covers the production and management of Benicarló’s Christmas Fair in 2026 and 2027. The work includes planning and coordinating the fair, creative design and production and distribution of promotional materials, Christmas decorations, children’s workshops, family-oriented performances, a Christmas-themed photo opportunity with a character, and security and surveillance. The 2026 fair will take place from 4 to 6 December on Ferreres Bretó Street and at Sant Bartomeu Square in Benicarló; the 2027 dates will be agreed. The contract runs for two years, with an option to extend it for two additional years. Each year, the contractor must provide at least four children’s workshops or activities (at least two hours each, with at least one instructor), two family performances of at least one hour each, one photo opportunity, and 30 hours of security while the fair is closed to the public. Promotional work includes, among other items, 5,000 leaflets, 50 A4 posters, one roll-up banner, ten banners and nine social-media and website-banner adaptations. The bid must describe the activities, schedule, team and design proposal. The work also includes installation, dismantling and technical support during the event. The estimated contract value is EUR 77,957.32 excluding VAT; the two-year tender budget is EUR 46,998.95 including VAT. This is a negotiated procedure with invited bidders, as the previous procedure received no bids for this lot. Participation requires evidence of the specified financial and technical capacity and a compliant electronic bid. Evaluation takes account of price, additional activities, quality control, staff training and activities related to the Sustainable Development Goals.
