Legal adviser services for Puente Genil’s municipal company

Summary

The tender concerns legal-adviser services for the board of directors of SODEPO, Puente Genil’s municipal company. The adviser will review the legality of proposed board decisions, provide oral or written legal opinions during meetings, help prepare agendas and documents, attend board meetings and, where relevant, committee meetings, and prepare more complex legal opinions and reports.
