Supply of household appliances

Summary

The tender is for the supply of household appliances to the Museu de les Ciències in Valencia: 5 under-counter refrigerators and 5 microwave ovens. Refrigerators must have a minimum capacity of 120 litres, a front-opening door and at least energy class E. Microwaves must be freestanding, have a grill and electronic controls, provide 900 W microwave power and 1,000 W grill power, have a 25-litre capacity and be stainless steel. The estimated value is EUR 2,577.45 excluding VAT (EUR 3,118.71 including VAT). Bidders must offer below the specified unit price for each item and must not exceed any unit-price ceiling. Price is the sole award criterion. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days from the day after contract signature; partial deliveries are allowed. The price must include handling packaging and other generated waste. Appliances must meet the technical and CE requirements, and the bid must include technical data sheets and quality evidence. A three-year warranty and after-sales service that identifies the problem and proposes a solution within 72 hours are required.
