The tender covers rehabilitation works at the Sa Coma Wildlife Recovery and Interpretation Centre in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza. The works are divided into five lots: (1) masonry; (2) metal structures and metalwork; (3) plumbing; (4) electrical works, including a photovoltaic solar-energy system with battery storage; and (5) metal and wooden joinery. Final security is 5% of the contract price, or 10% if the offer is deemed abnormally low.
