Rental and installation of a temporary modular marquee for the H&T trade fair in Málaga

Summary

The contract covers the rental, supply, installation, maintenance and removal of a temporary modular marquee for the H&T trade fair at the Málaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre (FYCMA). The marquee must connect to Pavilion 2 and include approximately 625 m² of raised technical flooring, climate control, lighting and necessary ancillary equipment. Installation is scheduled for 26–29 January 2027; the complete installation must be operational from 30 January to 12 February, and the fair runs from 8–10 February. Dismantling and removal are scheduled for 13–14 February 2027. The marquee must measure at least 25 × 25 m, have a minimum column height of 8 m and be structurally calculated for wind speeds of up to 100 km/h. The floor must support at least 400 kg/m². The installation must include three emergency exits with at least 2 m clear width, accessible ramps, evenly distributed climate control rated at a minimum of 195 W/m², and LED lighting of at least 200 lux with a colour temperature of at least 4,000 K. The contractor is responsible for transport, installation, on-site maintenance and technical support during use, and removal after the event. The maximum tender price is €140,000 excluding VAT.
