Rental, installation and maintenance of children’s attractions for Diverespai 2026–2027

Summary

The tender covers the rental, installation, maintenance and dismantling of children’s attractions for the Diverespai 2026–2027 fair at the Ibiza exhibition centre. The fair will run from 26 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, with 16 public sessions: eight in the morning and eight in the afternoon. The attractions must be installed on 21–23 December 2026 and dismantled after the event on 3 January 2027. Bidders must submit a technical proposal and a financial offer, demonstrate the required economic, financial and technical capacity, and provide the specified number and sizes of attractions. Inflatable attractions must have valid inspection evidence and relevant proof of compliance with safety standards; public liability insurance and suitably qualified, compliant staff are also required. The estimated value is EUR 55,000 excluding VAT and EUR 66,550 including 21% VAT. The minimum attraction mix includes one play area for children aged 1–3, one attraction with at least two trampolines, and one carousel or mechanical attraction. In addition, the contractor must provide four inflatable attractions of at least 100 m² each, two of at least 70 m², four of at least 40 m², two of at least 25 m², and two reserve attractions. The inflatable attractions must include two play areas, two attractions for children aged 1–5 and two for children aged 4–6.
