Event management and activities for children and young people at DIVERESPAI 2026–2027

Summary

The contract covers management and coordination of the Ibiza DIVERESPAI 2026–2027 Christmas fair, including workshops for children up to 12, games and activities for young people up to 17, and the staff needed to deliver them. The event will take place at the Ibiza Exhibition Centre from 26 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. The service also includes preparation and installation from 21 December and dismantling on 3 January. It comprises 16 operating sessions: 8 in the morning and 8 in the afternoon. The contractor must provide at least 9 children’s workshops: one face-painting workshop, four Christmas-themed workshops and four new workshops proposed by the bidder. Activities and materials must serve at least 5,000 users in total. The youth programme must include, among other things, board and role-playing games, video games and virtual reality, two escape-room themes, and sports, leisure and adventure activities. The bid must describe the activities and include a project memorandum and a list of the necessary materials and equipment. The team must include one director, two zone coordinators and at least 60 suitably qualified monitors. The director must have experience organising at least three comparable children’s events. The specified staff must hold appropriate professional qualifications, and all team members must demonstrate Catalan proficiency at B2 level or equivalent. The bidder must submit a responsible declaration, technical and financial offers, and evidence relating to the personnel and other specified requirements. The estimated contract value is EUR 136,500 excluding VAT (EUR 165,165 including 21% VAT).
