Replacement of the Roof of Adra Municipal Swimming Pool

Summary

The contract covers replacing the damaged roof of the Adra municipal swimming pool to eliminate leaks and improve rainwater drainage. The new roof must also be suitable to support the planned self-consumption photovoltaic system. The estimated contract value is €84,161.18 excluding VAT and €101,835.03 including VAT. The estimated works period is two months from the setting-out record, with the possibility of a one-month extension. The bid must include a technical description and schedule for the works, with staffing requirements by professional category; social and environmental measures; a financial offer; and a priced breakdown of its costs. Bids without the priced breakdown will not be admitted. Electronic submission is not permitted; documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes. The submission period is 26 calendar days, starting on the day after publication of the contract notice. Evaluation awards up to 55 points for price, 15 for reducing the works period and 5 for extending the warranty. The technical bid is worth up to 25 points: up to 10 for the works programme and compatibility with pool operations, 10 for material quality and work-site organisation, and 5 for social and environmental measures. The proposed works period may be reduced by up to 24 days. The minimum warranty is two years, with an optional extension of up to 12 months. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award amount excluding VAT.
