Supervision services for social workers, social educators and psychologists in Mallorca’s basic community social services, 2026–2027

Summary

The contract is for in-person supervision services during 2026–2027 for social workers, social educators and psychologists in the basic community social services of Mallorca’s municipalities and municipal associations. Supervision will cover casework and interventions, team cooperation and coordination, social-work approaches, and the emotional aspects of professional practice. Services will be delivered in three areas: Llevant and Migjorn, Nord–Pla–Raiguer, and Tramuntana. In 2026, each area will receive two five-hour sessions, in October and November, for a total of 30 hours. In 2027, each area will receive five-hour sessions in nine months (no sessions in August or December), for a total of 135 hours. Each session may include up to 25 professionals, and at least 10 people must register in each area for the service to proceed. The estimated total is 165 hours; the hourly rate is €108 excluding VAT, and the maximum contract value is €17,820 excluding VAT (€21,562.20 including VAT). The contractor must organise the sessions, assess needs at the start, conduct satisfaction surveys every two months, and provide attendance sheets signed by participants and the supervisor, together with survey results, after the service. The tender must include a technical overview of no more than five A4 pages. The price is worth 80 points, and proposed increases in participant capacity are worth up to 20 points. Participation requires registration in the national or relevant regional tenderer register, or a registration application submitted before the deadline. The tender documents waive the requirement to prove economic and technical capacity under the stated procedure.
