Guarding and security services at Casa do Cabildo

Summary

The tender seeks a company to provide guarding and security services at Casa do Cabildo for four years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The service covers protection of the building and people on site, alarm response and keyholding. The tender budget is EUR 211,404.29 excluding VAT and EUR 255,799.19 including VAT; the estimated contract value, including planned modifications, is EUR 253,685.15 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots, and no ordinary extensions are planned. Bidders must be duly authorised private security companies and demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 95,131.93 in the best of the last three available financial years. They must also evidence experience in guarding and protecting buildings or facilities during up to the last three years: the total value delivered in the year with the highest activity must be at least EUR 44,394.90. Civil liability insurance or an equivalent guarantee with cover of at least EUR 300,506.10 is required, along with a commitment to provide the personnel and equipment needed to deliver the service. Offers are scored out of 100 points: price up to 40 points; additional training up to 20; a shorter alarm response time up to 10; additional on-site supervision visits up to 10; provision of an automated external defibrillator 10; and up to 10 free additional security hours per year up to 10 points. Offers must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. No provisional guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price.
