The contract covers dental care in Lleida and its surrounding area for people protected by Mutua Intercomarcal against occupational accidents and diseases. The service includes urgent and initial consultations, follow-up visits, diagnostics and dental imaging, minor surgery, root canal treatment, extractions, implantology, orthodontics, periodontal care, prosthetics and other necessary dental procedures. Visits require prior medical authorization from the contracting mutual insurer. Following an initial visit, the provider must submit a clinical assessment and proposed treatment plan within 48 hours. The estimated activity is priced by service unit, and each unit price must remain within the stated ceiling. The bidder must provide care from an authorized dental centre in Lleida located no more than 10 km by road from the city hall. The centre must have at least one dentist with 3 years of general dental experience, a dental hygienist or assistant, and a contract healthcare lead. In-person dental care must be available for at least 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 21:00. The centre must have compliant dental equipment and imaging facilities, with maintenance and periodic calibration.
