Graphic design and layout services for Centro Sefarad-Israel materials

Summary

The tender concerns graphic design, layout and print-production preparation for materials supporting the activities of Centro Sefarad-Israel. Work will be ordered as needed at unit prices, and quantities are estimates. Services include designing and sending a weekly newsletter to up to 5,000 recipients; producing a monthly room sheet of up to A3 size, including image rights; filming events in Madrid for up to two hours and post-producing the footage; designing an institutional report, including its English version, with a combined maximum of 70 pages; and creating and preparing business cards and other graphic materials for print. Estimated annual quantities are 45, 11, 5, 1, 10 and 20 items respectively. Maximum unit prices, excluding VAT, are €45, €66, €165, €825, €10 and €50 respectively; no offered unit price may exceed its applicable ceiling. The tender budget ceiling is €5,501 excluding VAT, and the estimated contract value, including possible extensions, is €16,503 excluding VAT. The contract runs for one year from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from the day after signature, and may be extended twice for one year each. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover or liability insurance, relevant previous work, and the availability of two specialists with at least three years of similar experience and the required higher-level qualifications. At least three portfolios of communication campaigns for cultural events from the last three years must also be submitted. Portfolios account for 25% of the evaluation and price is the only other award criterion, weighted at 75%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award value excluding VAT.
