Supply of materials for hydraulic infrastructure renewal

Summary

The contract covers the supply of materials for renewal of the hydraulic infrastructure on the second phase of Calle Donoso Cortés and on Calle Virgen de la Soledad in Valverde de Leganés. The works will replace existing water-supply pipes with polyethylene pipes and include household connections, valves, special fittings and paving materials, among other items. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1, construction materials, with an estimated value of €10,346.27 excluding VAT; and Lot 2, aggregates, estimated at €11,945.29 excluding VAT. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots, but an offer for a lot must cover every material listed for that lot. The offer must not exceed the lot’s budget ceiling. Materials will be delivered as required by the contracting authority, within one working day of an order from the works supervisor. Transport, unloading and other delivery costs must be included in the price. The contract will run for up to 9 months or until the works are completed. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 days from the day after publication of the contract notice. A signed European Single Procurement Document and a financial offer in both PDF and spreadsheet formats are required. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the price awarded for each contract lot.
