Supply of materials for improving access to Valsequillo sports courts
Summary
Valsequillo Town Council is procuring construction materials and, where needed, machinery hire for a 2026 agricultural employment programme project to improve access to the sports courts. The supply includes, among other items, sand, steel, concrete, cement and other building materials, protective equipment, traffic and safety equipment, machinery use, paving tiles, fencing, landscaping supplies and mini-basketball backboards. The contract is not divided into lots. Its estimated value is EUR 21,704.75 excluding VAT, or EUR 26,262.75 including 21% VAT. Bidders must submit an electronically signed responsible declaration and price offer, stating the unit price for each listed material and, where applicable, each machine. Partial offers covering only part of the list are not allowed. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced offer will win. Offers must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. Deliveries will be made as needed in line with the progress of the works, in one or more consignments; no minimum order quantity is set. Goods must be delivered within the municipality of Valsequillo, to the worksite or a designated municipal facility, with transport and unloading at the supplier’s expense. Each order must be fulfilled within 48 hours. The expected contract term is 3.27 months, with no extension planned. Materials must meet the technical specifications and, where applicable, UNE standards and relevant AENOR or CE requirements. The supplier must provide quality and manufacturing evidence and guarantee the materials against manufacturing or transport defects for at least six months. Products should be delivered in bulk where possible to reduce packaging. Bidders must be registered in Spain’s official register of bidders or the relevant regional register, or must have submitted a registration application with the required documents before the submission deadline. Separate evidence of economic, financial, technical or professional capacity is not required. Bidders must meet the legal capacity and professional authorisation requirements and comply with tax, social security, labour, social and environmental obligations.
