Topographic surveys of outdoor areas and buildings at Andalusia’s botanical gardens

This procurement is divided into seven lots for topographic surveys of outdoor areas and buildings at botanical gardens in Andalusia, to support projects to adapt and improve the regional network of botanical gardens. The work comprises total-station surveys of outdoor areas, data post-processing and cartography, and planimetric surveys and plans of buildings. The sites are in Cádiz, Seville, Córdoba, Málaga, Almería, Jaén and Huelva. Bidders may tender for one or several lots and may be awarded multiple lots. The estimated total budget is €53,261.88 excluding VAT (€64,446.87 including 21% VAT); unit prices are capped and partial unit-price offers are not accepted. Contract duration is 12–15 months depending on the lot, with a 5–6-month performance period. The submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 10:00. Award scoring gives 49 points to price, up to 15 points to the technical-methodology memorandum, and the remaining points to start and delivery times. Bidders must meet the specified turnover and comparable-experience thresholds and provide a qualified surveyor, a licensed drone pilot, the required surveying equipment and aviation authorisations.
