Supply of sanitary modules for Alcúdia beaches

Summary

The contract covers the supply of eight new prefabricated sanitary modules for Alcúdia’s beaches and beach-service site: seven standard modules and one wheelchair-accessible module. Each standard module must have separate men’s and women’s areas, with four toilets, one urinal and two washbasins in total. The accessible module must include an accessible toilet and washbasin and provide manoeuvring and transfer space in compliance with applicable accessibility rules. The supplier must manufacture and fully equip the modules, transport them to Alcúdia, unload them and place them at locations designated by the contracting authority, ready for use. Only the connections from existing external networks to the modules’ connection points are excluded. All eight modules must be delivered by 14 December 2026 at the latest. The minimum warranty is two years. The estimated contract value is EUR 90,000 excluding VAT, with a budget ceiling of EUR 108,900 including 21% VAT. Price carries up to 80 points, an earlier delivery date up to 10 points, and an extended warranty up to 10 points. Bidders must provide a list of similar supplies from the previous three years and technical documents demonstrating compliance with all requirements.
