Comprehensive renovation of the La Lajita playground

The contract covers the comprehensive renovation of the children’s playground in La Lajita, within the municipality of Pájara. Works include demolishing and removing deteriorated facilities, renewing the safety surfacing, installing compliant playground equipment, improving the perimeter fence and restoring open areas. The works must be delivered as one coordinated project within three months. The contract is not divided into lots. The lowest price can earn up to 75 points, while the qualifications and similar-project experience of the site manager and foreman can earn up to 25 points. The estimated value is EUR 149,756.41 excluding the Canary Islands indirect tax; the maximum tender budget is EUR 160,239.36 including that tax. Bids must be submitted electronically and must not exceed the budget.
