The contract covers creating a public car park in the existing basement of the Rubén Ruzafa Sports Pavilion in Rincón de la Victoria. Bidders must hold works-contractor classification Group C, Subgroup 4, Category 3. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5% of the final tender price excluding VAT and hold civil liability and construction all-risks insurance. During performance, the contractor must assign an industrial engineer or similarly qualified specialist with at least 10 years’ experience in installations, and a site manager with at least five years’ experience working full time. Bidders must submit a work programme and technical statement and comply with the requirements on environmental protection, people’s safety and sustainable water use.
