Repairs and alterations at the Medio-Cudeyo Health Centre

Summary

The contract covers repairs and alterations to the Medio-Cudeyo Health Centre in Cantabria. The works include repairing the façade, external concrete elements and roof, addressing leaks, restoring perimeter pavements, replacing seven outdoor lights with LED fittings and improving access. Two new consultation rooms will be created, the physiotherapy room will be adapted, and several emergency and entrance doors will be replaced with automatic doors. The health centre will remain open while the works are carried out. The works must follow the project and be completed within five months from the day after the site-setting-out record is signed. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience in previous building works and provide a qualified works manager. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish or with an official translation. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated contract value excluding VAT.
