Summary

Limusa is procuring cleaning, disinfection and hygiene products, supplies and tools for cleaning and hygiene services at municipal premises and other locations in Lorca. Supplies will be made against orders over an initial 12-month term, with one possible extension of up to 12 months, for a maximum total term of 24 months. The procurement is not divided into lots. The estimated contract value is €80,000 excluding VAT and the initial budget is €40,000 excluding VAT. Limusa pays only for goods actually ordered and delivered; no minimum purchase quantity is guaranteed. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €60,000 and at least one comparable supply contract worth €28,000 or more completed within the previous three years. Products must be high quality, approved and compliant with European requirements; safety and technical data sheets must accompany deliveries. The supplier must maintain minimum stock equal to 10% of the listed goods and deliver orders at its own expense to locations specified by Limusa in Lorca. Standard delivery must take no more than two business days, with urgent orders delivered within one business day. Deliveries must take place on weekdays from 10:00 to 14:00, and Limusa must receive at least two hours’ advance notice. A single discount applicable to all products is worth up to 70 points. The use of an environmentally friendly vehicle is worth up to 10 points (zero-emission vehicle: 10; Eco label: 7; C label: 5; B label: 3). A commitment to recyclable packaging is worth 10 points, and a shorter delivery time is worth up to 10 points. The tender documents require the preferred bidder to provide a 5% definitive guarantee before contract award and to submit any outstanding documents within 10 working days of the request.
